The best way to contact our Support Team is through the **Live Chat** on the Dashboard.

## Here’s how:

1. Go to [luvi.fans](https://club.fans/) or open the Luvi app
2. Log in to your account
3. Click on the **Help & FAQ** or **Creator Support** option in the 'Settings'
4. Navigate through chat to find your issue, or request to speak to one of the team
