# Content Ownership

At Luvi, we’re committed to protecting creators, their content, and the integrity of our platform. To ensure a safe and fair environment for everyone, we have strict rules about who can create accounts and post content.

Only the original creator is allowed to create an account and post their own content on Luvi\*\*.\*\* This means:

* You must be the individual featured in the content.
* You must be the person creating and uploading the content.

To post content on Luvi, you must either:

* **Own the content**, including all intellectual property (IP) rights, or
* **Have a valid license** or legal right to distribute and monetize the content.

The above applies to all media uploaded including photos, videos, and audio. This protects your identity, your rights, and ensures that all creators on Luvi are genuine and verified.

We do **not** allow content that:

* Was created by someone else and uploaded without their knowledge or permission
* Violates our [Guidelines](https://www.luvi.fans/blog/guidelines/) or [Terms of Use](https://www.luvi.fans/blog/terms)

Violating these rules can result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.
