How do I chat with my Fans?

Once a Fan subscribes to your Luvi, they become a Member, and you’ll have the opportunity to chat with them directly through the app. This is a great way to build stronger connections and engage with your most loyal supporters.

Here’s how to start a chat:

Open the Luvi app and tap the chat icon 💬 at the bottom of your screen:

Every time someone subscribes to your Luvi, a new chat will automatically appear giving you the perfect chance to welcome them and start a conversation right away!

You have full control over how you engage with your Members with the following options:

• Keep chat free to build relationships and boost engagement
• Enable Tip to DM to earn from one-on-one conversations
