If you delete your account, all of your memberships will be cancelled and you will lose access to all Luvis and their content. Additionally, all of your account data will be permanently lost. Deleting your account is an irreversible action that also has financial implications. Please note that accounts with balances below the minimum payout threshold cannot be deleted, and all funds must be withdrawn prior to deletion. Ensure you meet these prerequisites to avoid forfeiting any remaining funds.

Prerequisites for Account Deletion

Before deleting your Luvi account, ensure the following:

Sufficient Balance for Payout: Your account balance must meet the minimum payout requirement to withdraw funds. If your balance is below the minimum, you must first meet this threshold to proceed with the withdrawal.
Pending Funds Cleared: Wait until all pending transactions appear in your "Available to pay out to your bank" balance before initiating a payout.
Processing Final Payout: Transfer all your funds via a payout to ensure the account balance is zero before deletion.

Recommendations Before Deleting Your Account

Review and cancel any active memberships or subscriptions you no longer wish to maintain.
Ensure that all pending funds are cashed out.
Contact customer service for any lingering concerns about your account. Please make your decision carefully as these actions are permanent and cannot be reversed.

3-month bundle: Fans commit for 3 months at a discounted rate
12-month bundle: Fans lock in a full year of access with extra savings

These bundles help reduce churn and provide upfront income while giving Fans better value.

You will be able to find this option on the 'Creator Dashboard', and once selected it will look like the following:

How to reset your password on Luvi?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps:

Go to the login screen and click “Forgot Password?”
Enter the email address linked to your account.
Check your inbox for a password reset email (be sure to also check spam/junk).
Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to set a new password.

Once complete, you’ll be able to log back into your account with your new details.

If you didn’t receive the email then the following tips are helpful:

Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure you entered the correct email address
Wait a minute or two and try again

Add your Luvi link to your bio on all your other social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat etc…)
Share your Luvi profile by tapping the icon in the top-left corner of your main app screen. Here you will see multiple ways to spread the word of your page:

Every time you post on Luvi, you will be invited to share your blurred post to your other socials. This is a great way for your existing followers to access your Luvi account and sign up for premium content.

An Age Estimation selfie is a quick photo you take of yourself during the verification process. This image is analyzed by secure, privacy-focused technology to estimate your age helping us ensure that you meet the age requirements to use the platform.

Why Do We Use It?

There are several important reasons:

Safety and Compliance: We take safety seriously. Many regions have strict laws and guidelines around age-restricted platforms. Using age estimation helps us comply with these regulations and protect users from age-inappropriate content or interactions.

Faster and Easier Verification: Traditional age checks can be time-consuming. Age Estimation selfies are quick, secure, and often enough on their own to confirm your age which speeds up the process and gets you onto the platform faster.
