How to cancel a subscription?

You can cancel a Creator's Subscription at any time:

In your app:

1. Log in to your account through the app
2. Select the 'My Creators' option on the right hand side of the bottom bar
3. Once you locate the membership you want to cancel, tap the three white dots to the right. Then Tap "Manage membership"
4. On your billing page, you can press "Cancel Plan"
5. Confirm Cancellation

On the web:

1. To manage your Memberships, please visit: https://www.luvi.fans/memberships
2. Once you locate the membership you want to cancel, tap the three white dots to the right. Then Tap "Manage membership"
3. On your billing page, you can press "Cancel Plan"
4. Confirm Cancellation

You'll have access to the Creator's Luvi until the end of your billing period and then will lose access to the Creator's Luvi, chat and any locked content your might purchased. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.If you encounter any issues during the cancellation process, please visit our support section or contact customer service for further assistance.
